Sanshui forest park was founded in June 1992. It was named as provincial scenic spot in 1995, established as ecological reserve of Sanshui in 2001 and named as the national 4A level scenic spot in 2006. Forest park is located in the north of Sanshui district. There are 2 kilometers away from the district center. The total area is 2.2 km2 which with 70% forest coverage area and 25% water surface area. It seems like a jade in the Pearl River Delta.  

 

Sanshui forest park is a large comprehensive scenic spot which included tourism, leisure vacation, entertainment, high-grade residence and catering services. The main attractions of the park are: Declaration Square, Reclined Buddha, Confucius’ Park, Crocodile Lake, Greenway and Karting racing, etc...
